Contact The Healthy Prep Chef within 24 hours of receiving your order for items that may be missing or an order may be incorrect. We do the very best to provide impeccable service but obviously some mistakes may occur, just hopefully not with us!
Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. If you are not satisfied with a meal please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and please let us know. We like to do all we can to provide the best product to our customers and cannot fix problems we don’t know about. Should you ever receive the wrong order or are missing part of your order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will do all we can to correct the issue.
For Nationwide Deliveries all meals are packaged in insulated boxes with icepacks. We cannot accept responsibility for any damaged products or issue a full refund. We can if agreed provide the same meals for the next delivery slot or issue a refund for the specific meals.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. Please get in touch to confirm this.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
