We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any promotional offers without notice at any time. All offers / promotions are subject to availability. If a voucher code, you are not entitled to is used you may be committing a civil or criminal offence and we reserve the right to cancel you order.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. On this website the protein’s stated weights are uncooked, the carbohydrates weight are cooked, we allow a 5% tolerance of weights in line with our food safety procedures. Our products are individually weighed out. If any ingredients are unavailable at the time of your order is being prepared, we shall substitute those ingredients for alternatives and you shall be notified. Once you are in receipt of your order, we have no responsibility as to the safety and storage of the products, all products need to ensure are stored correctly to remain safe to consume.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We require full payment before we are able to process your order; if for any reason your payment is not fulfilled your order will be put on hold until the funds have been received. All financial transactions are processed by our chosen merchant processor.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
It is your responsibility not to consume any products you believe are not fit for consumption; if you believe a product is not fit for consumption we shall work with yourselves to arrange a suitable solution.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Deliveries will be made on the given delivery date unless an event out of our control arises. In this circumstance you will be contacted by ourselves or our authorised courier company.
If no one is available at the given delivery address at the time of delivery our authorised courier company shall follow the instruction you have provided for a safe place. If no safe place is specified our authorised courier shall deliver your order to an area they deem as safe.
We endeavour to follow all delivery instructions you specify although this cannot no be guaranteed.
We deliver to addresses within England, mainland Scotland & Wales only.
Delivery times may vary. If the delivery is refused or cannot be made for any reason the parcel is destroyed or automatically returned to ourselves. Perishable items cannot be resent and refusing the order should be a last resort.
It is your responsibility to specify a safe location for your order to be delivered to, if no safe place is specified our authorised courier shall deliver your order to an area they deem as safe. We shall not take responsibility of any orders that are delivered to specified and none specified safe places.

You must inform us within 24hours of receipt of your food. We cannot investigate any complaint after 24 hrs of the produce being in receipt of the consumer as we cannot guarantee food storage, quality or if it has been tampered with. We shall work with yourselves to come to a reasonable solution for all issues.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Any refunds that are made will be made by using the same method your order way originally placed with.
It is your responsibility to ensure any allergens are passed over to us when placing your order, we shall not take any liability of any reaction to our meals due to unknown and uncommunicated allergies.
If there are any issues with your order, shall try to contact you if we are unable to contact you using the contact details given within your order we will not be able to process the order and shall cancel and refund the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure all details you provide are true & accurate and notify us at least 48hrs prior to your delivery date if any details require changing; failure to do so may mean your order/details cannot be amended.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

If your delivery is affected by an event outside of our control, we shall contact yourselves and arrange a new delivery date with you after the event outside of our control is over.

For the best result food should be combined with a healthy lifestyle. Results will vary from person to person for several reasons including but not limited to environment, genetics, metabolic rate and physical exertion.

We require 48 hours prior to your due delivery date notice to cancel any orders, any attempted cancellation after this time may not be cancelled.
