The Healthy Prep Chef has transformed mealtimes for me. I work full time, have a business on the side and train four times a week, so time is limited to say the least. I have used The Healthy Prep Chef since the business has started and I am very impressed on how John has helped with my diet. I have a lactose intolerance and I have had to seriously change my eating habits and diet. John has worked very well with me and helped manage my diet.
